Ingredients
For the Banana Bread:
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee
For the Mocha Buttercream:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp brewed coffee
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mash the bananas and mix with softened butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Stir in brewed coffee until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
