  • Strong brewed coffee chilled: 300 ml
  • Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Vegan caramel syrup: 1½ tablespoons
  • Oat milk or almond milk: 180 ml
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Sea salt: a tiny pinch

Instructions
 

  • Add brown sugar and 2 tablespoons water to a saucepan.
  • Heat gently, stirring until sugar dissolves smoothly.
