Ingredients
  

  • Espresso coffee powder or beans: 18 grams
  • Filtered water: 30 ml
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Oat milk or almond milk: 180 ml
  • Maple syrup or agave syrup: 1–2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla extract: 2 drops optional
  • Dark chocolate vegan: 10 grams (optional, grated)

Instructions
 

  • Brew 30 ml espresso using 18 grams coffee.
  • Heat oat milk gently in a saucepan until steaming.
  • Whisk cocoa powder into warm milk until smooth.
  • Add maple syrup and vanilla; stir evenly.
  • Pour espresso into a mug first.
  • Add chocolate milk slowly over the espresso.
  • Sprinkle grated vegan dark chocolate if feeling extra.
