Espresso coffee powder or beans: 18 grams
Filtered water: 30 ml
Unsweetened cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
Oat milk or almond milk: 180 ml
Maple syrup or agave syrup: 1–2 teaspoons
Vanilla extract: 2 drops

Instructions
Brew 30 ml espresso using 18 grams coffee.
Heat oat milk gently in a saucepan until steaming.
Whisk cocoa powder into warm milk until smooth.
Add maple syrup and vanilla; stir evenly.
Pour espresso into a mug first.
Add chocolate milk slowly over the espresso.
Sprinkle grated vegan dark chocolate if feeling extra.
