  • 2 cups cold brewed coffee 480 ml
  • ¾ cup oat milk 180 ml
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice blend
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups coffee (480 ml) and chill completely.
  • Fill glasses with 1 cup ice cubes, dividing evenly.
  • Pour cold coffee over ice.
  • In a jar, combine ¾ cup oat milk (180 ml), 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree, 2 teaspoons maple syrup, ½ teaspoon pumpkin spice, and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Shake or froth mixture for 40 seconds until thick cold foam forms.
