Ingredients
- Strong brewed coffee chilled: 1 cup
- Unsweetened almond milk: 1 cup
- Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup or agave: 1½ tablespoons
- Fresh mint leaves: 6–8 leaves
- Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
- Ice cubes: 1½ cups
- Dark vegan chocolate shavings optional: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Brew coffee and let it cool completely.
- Add chilled coffee to blender.
- Pour almond milk into blender.
