A refreshing vegan iced coffee blending rich mocha, cooling mint, and smooth plant milk for summer cravings.

Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee chilled: 1 cup
  • Unsweetened almond milk: 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Maple syrup or agave: 1½ tablespoons
  • Fresh mint leaves: 6–8 leaves
  • Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Dark vegan chocolate shavings optional: 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and let it cool completely.
  • Add chilled coffee to blender.
  • Pour almond milk into blender.
  • Add cocoa powder and sweetener.
  • Drop mint leaves inside.
  • Add vanilla extract.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and lightly frothy.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings if using.
