Honey Almond Whipped Coffee Recipe
A smooth vegan whipped coffee infused with almond richness and honey-style sweetness, layered over chilled plant milk.
Ingredients
- Instant coffee powder: 2 tablespoons
- Coconut sugar or vegan honey-style syrup: 2 tablespoons
- Hot water: 2 tablespoons
- Almond extract: ¼ teaspoon
- Unsweetened almond milk cold: 300 ml
- Ice cubes: 1 cup
- Almond slivers optional: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
- Add instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a mixing bowl.
- Whisk continuously for 3–5 minutes until thick, glossy, and airy.
