Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Coconut sugar or vegan honey-style syrup: 2 tablespoons
  • Hot water: 2 tablespoons
  • Almond extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Unsweetened almond milk cold: 300 ml
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup
  • Almond slivers optional: 1 teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Add instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a mixing bowl.
  • Whisk continuously for 3–5 minutes until thick, glossy, and airy.
  • Add almond extract and whisk gently for 15 seconds.
  • Fill two glasses with ice cubes evenly.
  • Pour 150 ml cold almond milk into each glass.
  • Spoon whipped coffee generously over milk.
  • Garnish with almond slivers if using.
  • Stir lightly before sipping, or enjoy layered elegance first.
