Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong coffee
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew espresso or strong coffee.
  • Heat cashew milk gently.
  • Add espresso into blender.
  • Add almond butter and warm cashew milk.
  • Add sweetener and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy.
  • Pour into a mug.
  • Serve immediately.
