  • Strong brewed coffee or espresso – ¾ cup cooled
  • Almond butter – 2 tbsp
  • Crushed hazelnuts or hazelnut butter – 1 tbsp
  • Almond milk or oat milk – 1 cup
  • Frozen banana – 1 small
  • Maple syrup – 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
  • Ice cubes – ½ cup

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee or espresso and cool it down.
  • Add almond butter, hazelnut, plant milk, and coffee into a blender.
  • Add banana, maple syrup, and vanilla extract for a creamy, sweet finish.
  • Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Toss in ice cubes and blend again for a cold, frothy texture.
  • Pour into glasses and sprinkle some crushed hazelnuts on top.
