  • Strong brewed coffee or espresso – ¾ cup cooled
  • Rolled oats – 3 tbsp
  • Almond butter – 2 tbsp
  • Almond milk or oat milk – 1 cup
  • Maple syrup – 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
  • Cinnamon powder – ¼ tsp optional
  • Ice cubes – ½ cup

Instructions
 

  • Brew strong coffee or espresso and allow it to cool completely.
  • In a blender, add oats, coffee, almond butter, and plant milk.
  • Add maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon for warmth and aroma.
  • Blend until smooth, creamy, and frothy.
