Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium apples cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any milk
  • 1/2 banana for creaminess
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • Handful of ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Core and chop the apples. Toss them into the blender.
  • Add 1/2 banana for extra creaminess.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup almond milk.
  • Add 1/4 cup Greek yogurt.
  • Sweeten with 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for a warm flavor kick.
  • Toss in a handful of ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
