Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled or warm
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee and let it cool if needed.
  • Add coffee and banana into blender.
  • Add oats and protein powder.
  • Pour in milk and add honey if desired.
  • Add ice cubes for chilled version.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass.
  • Serve immediately.
