  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

For the Coffee-Glazed Doughnuts:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for glaze
  • 2 tbsp strong brewed coffee for glaze

Instructions
 

For the Barbecue Ribs:

  • Preheat your grill to medium heat or prepare the oven at 300°F (150°C).
  • Rub the ribs with olive oil and season with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and cayenne.
  • Grill the ribs for 2 hours, flipping occasionally, basting with barbecue sauce halfway through.
  • Once tender, remove ribs from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

For the Coffee-Glazed Doughnuts:

  • Preheat the oil in a large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon) in a bowl.
  • Whisk wet ingredients (eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla) together in another bowl.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, then add instant coffee granules. Stir until smooth.
  • Fry doughnuts in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Make the glaze by combining powdered sugar and brewed coffee. Dip each doughnut in the glaze.
