Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of vanilla or chocolate cake mix plus ingredients as directed
  • 3 cups cookie dough ice cream
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chip cookie dough chunks

Instructions
 

  • Bake the cake as instructed on the box and let it cool completely.
  • Slice the cake into two layers.
  • Let the cookie dough ice cream soften slightly. Layer it over the first cake layer.
  • Add a layer of whipped cream and cookie dough chunks.
  • Top with the second layer of cake, then repeat with more ice cream and whipped cream.
  • Freeze for 3 hours.
  • Garnish with extra cookie dough or a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
