- 1 box of chocolate cake mix plus ingredients as directed
- 3 cups cookies and cream ice cream
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1/2 cup crushed chocolate cookies like Oreos
Bake the cake according to package directions and let it cool completely.
Slice the cake into two layers.
Soften the cookies and cream ice cream slightly, then spread over the first layer of cake.
Add a layer of whipped cream and crushed cookies.
Top with the second layer of cake, then repeat with ice cream and whipped cream.
Freeze for 3-4 hours.
Garnish with extra cookie crumbles or chocolate sauce.
