Ingredients
  

  • 1 box vanilla cake mix plus required ingredients
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Bake the vanilla cake as per package instructions. Let it cool completely.
  • Slice the cake into two layers.
  • Soften the vanilla ice cream and spread it on the first layer of cake.
  • Place the second cake layer on top.
  • Frost with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
  • Freeze for 3-4 hours before serving.
