- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings for garnish
Bake the vanilla cake as per package instructions. Let it cool completely.
Slice the cake into two layers.
Soften the vanilla ice cream and spread it on the first layer of cake.
Place the second cake layer on top.
Frost with whipped cream and sprinkle chocolate shavings on top.
