  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled

Instructions
 

  • Add bananas, coffee, yogurt, peanut butter, and honey to a blender. Blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.
  • If the mixture seems thin, add more frozen banana. For a softer texture, splash in extra coffee.
  • Scoop into bowls and smooth the tops. Sprinkle granola, berries, and cacao nibs evenly.
  • Serve immediately for the creamiest texture or freeze briefly for a firmer spoonable bowl.

Notes

For softer bowls, use slightly thawed fruit. Freeze longer for a thicker texture. Chill serving bowls to help assembly stay neat. Swap nut butter, fruit, or toppings for new flavors. Store leftovers covered in the freezer and thaw a few minutes before eating.
