Ingredients
  

Coffee Base

  • 2 cups brewed coffee hot
  • 1 cup milk any variety
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree plain

Protein Blend

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder preferred brand
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
 

  • Heat the coffee, milk, and pumpkin puree until steaming. Stir well so the mixture looks smooth and creamy.
  • Add protein powder, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend briefly until frothy with no lumps remaining.
  • Pour into mugs and serve immediately. Enjoy the rich texture and cozy aroma while still warm.

Notes

Blend less for a lighter texture or longer for extra foam. Chill leftovers and freeze in cubes for quick drinks later. Stir gently during assembly if using cold ingredients. Add cinnamon, caramel, or chocolate for flavor variety. Store refrigerated for up to two days.
