Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup raw almonds
  • 1 scoop vegan protein powder vanilla or unflavored
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup unsweetened almond milk into a blender.
  • Add 1 cup frozen blueberries.
  • Toss in ¼ cup raw almonds.
  • Include 1 scoop vegan protein powder.
  • Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup for sweetness, if desired.
  • Mix in ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Add ½ cup ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately in tall glasses.
