Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • ¼ cup raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup almond milk into a blender.
  • Add 1 cup frozen blueberries.
  • Toss in ¼ cup raw almonds.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chia seeds over the mixture.
  • Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup, if desired.
  • Include ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Blend in ½ cup ice cubes until smooth.
