I whip this up on those rare, celebratory weekends when I’m feeling particularly self-indulgent. It’s perfect for those afternoons when you want to look cool and slightly dangerous. Or just when you’re really craving a drink that makes you feel like you’ve got it all together.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup or to taste
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or milk for a lighter version
  • Ice cubes
  • Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix Ingredients: In a glass, combine 1 cup of cold brew coffee, 2 tablespoons of bourbon, and 1 tablespoon of simple syrup. Stir well.
  • Add Cream: Slowly pour in 1/4 cup of heavy cream. You can also use milk if you prefer a lighter touch.
  • Add Ice: Fill your glass with ice cubes.
  • Garnish: Sprinkle with cocoa powder or add chocolate shavings for that extra touch of decadence, if desired.
