Ingredients
  

  • Fresh brewed coffee or espresso: 1½ cups
  • Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Oat cream or coconut cream: ½ cup
  • Oat milk or almond milk: ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes optional: 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Heat brown sugar with two tablespoons water in a saucepan.
  • Stir gently until dissolved and slightly syrupy.
  • Add oat cream and vanilla, then warm lightly.
  • Brew coffee strong enough to hold opinions.
  • Pour coffee into cups or over ice evenly.
