Ingredients
Fresh brewed coffee or espresso: 1½ cups
Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons
Oat cream or coconut cream: ½ cup
Oat milk or almond milk: ½ cup
Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
Ice cubes

Instructions
Heat brown sugar with two tablespoons water in a saucepan.
Stir gently until dissolved and slightly syrupy.
Add oat cream and vanilla, then warm lightly.
Brew coffee strong enough to hold opinions.
Pour coffee into cups or over ice evenly.
Spoon warm brown sugar cream on top.
Stir once or leave layered for aesthetics.
