Ingredients
  

  • cups cold brew coffee
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Ice cubes
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Add brown sugar and water into a saucepan, then heat until dissolved into syrup.
  • Let the syrup cool slightly before use.
  • Add heavy cream and vanilla extract into a bowl, then froth until slightly thick.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour cold brew coffee over the ice.
  • Add brown sugar syrup into the coffee.
  • Spoon cream mixture gently on top.
  • Stir lightly if you prefer blended flavor.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy chilled texture.
