Ice cubes
Instructions
Add brown sugar and water to a saucepan, then heat until dissolved into syrup.
Let the syrup cool slightly before use.
Brew espresso or strong coffee.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour milk over ice, filling halfway.
Add brown sugar syrup into the glass.
Shake espresso with cinnamon in a jar for extra flavor.
Pour espresso over milk to create layers.
Stir gently before drinking if desired.
