Brownie Base

  • All-purpose flour: ¾ cup
  • Cocoa powder unsweetened: ¼ cup
  • Brown sugar: ½ cup
  • Baking powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: ¼ teaspoon
  • Brewed coffee strong: ½ cup
  • Vegetable oil: ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Coffee Caramel Sauce

  • Coconut sugar: ½ cup
  • Coconut cream: ½ cup
  • Brewed coffee: 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and line the baking pan.
  • Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  • Add brewed coffee, oil, and vanilla.
  • Stir until thick batter forms.
  • Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 22–25 minutes until just set.
  • Simmer coconut sugar and coconut cream until thickened.
  • Add brewed coffee and vanilla to caramel.
  • Drizzle caramel generously over warm brownies.
  • Slice and serve with attitude.
