Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk whole or preferred choice
  • 2 shots espresso about ½ cup strong coffee
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg white for foam
  • Ice cubes optional, for iced version

Instructions
 

  • Add egg white, sugar, and vanilla extract into a bowl, then whip until soft peaks form.
  • Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  • Brew espresso or strong coffee using your preferred method.
  • Pour warm milk into a glass, filling halfway.
  • Add espresso slowly over the milk to create layers.
  • Spoon whipped foam gently on top.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the foam.
  • Add ice before milk if making an iced version.
  • Serve immediately and stir slightly before sipping if desired.
