  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee
  • 1.25 cups plant-based milk oat or almond works wonders
  • 2 tablespoons vegan caramel sauce
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla ice cream
  • cup vegan toffee bits plus a few for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Tiny pinch of sea salt because balance, darling

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 cup cold brew and 1.25 cups non-dairy milk to your blender.
  • Toss in 2 tablespoons caramel, 1 scoop ice cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Add a tiny pinch of sea salt and 1 cup ice cubes.
  • Blend everything until smooth and dramatic.
  • Stir in ⅓ cup toffee bits. Don’t blend them—let them crunch.
