Ingredients
  

For the Caramel Macchiato:

  • 1 shot of espresso or 1/2 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 2 tbsp caramel sauce plus extra for drizzle
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice if making iced

For the Chocolate Chip Cookies:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chip

Instructions
 

  • Brew your espresso or strong coffee.
  • In a saucepan, heat milk and caramel sauce until warm and frothy.
  • Pour caramel milk over your coffee, and drizzle extra caramel on top.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  • Add egg and vanilla, mixing until smooth.
  • Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Drop dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  • Let cookies cool before serving with your macchiato.
