Ingredients
For the Coffee Base
Strong brewed coffee
chilled: 180 ml
Ice cubes: 6–8 cubes
For the Caramel Sweet Foam
Oat milk or almond milk: 60 ml
Caramel syrup
vegan: 1½ teaspoons
Maple syrup or sugar syrup: 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract: 2 drops
Instructions
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour chilled brewed coffee over the ice and set aside.
Add plant milk, caramel syrup, sweetener, and vanilla to a frothing jar.
Froth for 20–30 seconds until thick and airy.
Gently spoon the caramel foam over the coffee.
Serve immediately and admire the effort-to-reward ratio.
