Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup fudge sauce
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream for garnish
  • Sprinkles or chocolate shavings optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two 8-inch round pans with parchment paper and grease lightly.
  • Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add melted butter and gently fold in the dry ingredients.
  • Divide the batter into the pans and bake for 12–15 minutes. Let the cakes cool completely.
  • Place one cake layer on a freezer-safe plate. Spread softened chocolate ice cream evenly over the surface.
  • Add the second cake layer on top and spread fudge sauce over it.
  • Freeze the cake for 4 hours. Decorate with whipped cream, sprinkles, or chocolate shavings before serving.
