granulated sugar

vanilla extract

vanilla or chocolate ice cream

whipped topping

chocolate syrup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it lightly.
Mix flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla extract and fold in the dry ingredients gently.
Spread the batter onto the prepared sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
Place the cake on a new sheet of parchment paper. Roll it gently while warm and let it cool completely.
Unroll the cake and spread softened ice cream evenly over the surface. Reroll the cake.
Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and freeze for 3 hours.
Slice and serve with whipped topping and optional chocolate syrup drizzle.
