Ingredients
  

  • 1 quart strawberry ice cream
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed shortcake or cake crumbs
  • 1/4 cup strawberry syrup
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Soften the strawberry ice cream and spread it into the springform pan. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • Sprinkle crushed cake crumbs evenly over the strawberry layer. Drizzle with strawberry syrup. Freeze for another 30 minutes.
  • Soften the vanilla ice cream and spread it over the crumbs and syrup layer. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Remove the cake from the pan, frost with whipped topping, and garnish with fresh strawberries.
  • Freeze for an additional hour before serving.
