Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed coffee 480 ml
  • ½ cup soaked cashews 70 g
  • 1 cup warm water 240 ml
  • 2 teaspoons vegan caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups coffee (480 ml) using preferred method.
  • Blend ½ cup soaked cashews (70 g) with 1 cup warm water (240 ml) until smooth cashew milk forms.
  • Heat cashew milk in a saucepan for 2 minutes.
  • Stir in 2 teaspoons caramel sauce, 1 teaspoon maple syrup, and ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Pour brewed coffee into mugs evenly.
  • Add warm caramel cashew milk mixture.
  • Stir gently before serving.
