  • Brewed chai black tea + spices – ¾ cup, cooled
  • Almond milk or oat milk – 1 cup
  • Frozen banana – 1 medium
  • Maple syrup – 1 tbsp
  • Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  • Ground cinnamon – ½ tsp
  • Ground ginger – ¼ tsp
  • Cardamom powder – ⅛ tsp
  • Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
  • Ice cubes – ½ cup

Instructions
 

  • Brew chai using black tea and spices, then let it cool completely.
