For the Coffee Macarons:
- Almond flour – 1 cup
- Powdered sugar – 1 cup
- Egg whites – 2 large
- Granulated sugar – ¼ cup
- Coffee extract – 1 tsp
- Butter – ½ cup softened
- Heavy cream – 2 tbsp
- Espresso powder – 1 tsp
For the Charcuterie Board:
Arrange a variety of cheeses on a serving platter, spacing them out for visual appeal.
Add the prosciutto and salami, fanning them out artistically.
Place a bowl of olives and nuts on the board.
Scatter some fresh fruit for a pop of color and sweetness.

For the Coffee Macarons:
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a bowl, sift together almond flour and powdered sugar.
