- 1 cup brewed espresso cooled
- 1 package vegan ladyfingers or crisp vanilla biscuits
- 1 ½ cups vegan whipped cream
- ½ cup vegan cream cheese
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting
- 1 tbsp coffee liqueur optional but very recommended
Step 1: Brew espresso and let it cool. Add coffee liqueur if you want to turn dessert into an event.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, whip together vegan cream cheese, whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and thick.
Step 3: Quickly dip ladyfingers into the espresso. Don’t soak—just a quick coffee bath. We want moist, not mushy.
Step 4: Layer dipped ladyfingers in a dish. Cover with half of the creamy mixture. Repeat for a second round.
Step 5: Smooth the top, dust with cocoa, and chill for at least 2 hours. Overnight if patience exists in your soul.
Step 6: Slice, plate, and proudly place it on your charcuterie board like the queen of flavor that you are.
