Instant coffee powder: 2 teaspoons
Hot water: 60 ml
Unsweetened almond milk: 300 ml
Cocoa powder: 1½ teaspoons
Maple syrup: 2 teaspoons
Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
Ice cubes: 1½ cups
Chopped almonds

Instructions
Mix instant coffee powder with 60 ml hot water until smooth and glossy.
Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, stirring until fully dissolved.
Fill two glasses with ice cubes evenly.
Pour coffee mixture over ice, dividing equally.
Add 150 ml almond milk into each glass slowly.
Stir gently and top with chopped almonds if feeling fancy.
