Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Hot water: 60 ml
  • Unsweetened almond milk: 300 ml
  • Cocoa powder: 1½ teaspoons
  • Maple syrup: 2 teaspoons
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Chopped almonds optional garnish: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
 

  • Mix instant coffee powder with 60 ml hot water until smooth and glossy.
  • Add cocoa powder, maple syrup, and vanilla extract, stirring until fully dissolved.
  • Fill two glasses with ice cubes evenly.
  • Pour coffee mixture over ice, dividing equally.
  • Add 150 ml almond milk into each glass slowly.
  • Stir gently and top with chopped almonds if feeling fancy.
