  • 2 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • cups frozen cherries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ cup cooled brewed coffee
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 cups almond milk to blender.
  • Toss in 1½ cups frozen cherries.
  • Peel and add 1 ripe banana.
  • Mix in 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
  • Pour in ½ cup cooled coffee.
  • Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup if needed.
  • Drop in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Add 1 cup ice cubes.
  • Blend until creamy and frothy.
  • Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
