Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • cups frozen cherries
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup optional for sweetness
  • 1 cup vegan yogurt unsweetened, plain or vanilla
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour 2 cups almond milk into blender.
  • Add 1½ cups frozen cherries.
  • Spoon in 1 cup vegan yogurt.
  • Peel and drop in 1 ripe banana.
  • Add 2 tablespoons cocoa powder.
  • Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Add 2 tablespoons maple syrup if desired.
  • Toss in 1 cup ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
