  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas and combine with the cooled coffee, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • In another bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
