Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 2 tbsp ground coffee
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, coat almonds with coconut oil, coffee, cinnamon, and salt.
  • Spread almonds on a lined baking sheet and roast for 5 minutes.
  • Let them cool before mixing with dark chocolate chunks.
  • Stir everything together, ensuring the flavors meld.
  • Store in an airtight container, or eat immediately—no judgment.
