Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • tbsp espresso powder
  • ½ cup almond or peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 2 tbsp mini vegan chocolate chips optional, but come on, live a little

Instructions
 

  • Toss oats, cocoa powder, and espresso powder into a mixing bowl.
  • Add nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  • Stir like you mean it until everything clumps together beautifully.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips, because joy matters.
