Ingredients
  

  • For the Oats:
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • For the Espresso Syrup:
  • ¼ cup brewed espresso
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a jar, mix oats, almond milk, coffee, cocoa powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, and vanilla. Stir well.
  • Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight. Let the oats soak up all the flavors.
  • In a small saucepan, heat espresso, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Simmer for 3 minutes until thickened.
  • Before serving, drizzle espresso syrup over the oats.
