Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix or homemade mix, if you want to go all out
  • 1 pint of chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup chocolate syrup
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips for that extra crunch
  • Optional: Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Cake: Follow instructions on the chocolate cake mix box. Bake, cool, and slice the cake into two layers.
  • Prepare the Ice Cream: Let the chocolate ice cream soften slightly before spreading it evenly over the first cake layer.
  • Assemble: Place the second layer of cake on top. Press gently.
  • Make Whipped Cream: Whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  • Top It Off: Spread the whipped cream over the cake. Drizzle chocolate syrup and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
  • Freeze: Pop the cake in the freezer for 4 hours until it’s firm and ready to serve.
