Ingredients
  

For the Coffee Base

  • Brewed coffee cold or chilled: 1½ cups
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup

For the Cinnamon Cold Foam

  • Oat milk barista-style preferred: ¾ cup
  • Maple syrup or agave: 2 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee strong and allow it to cool completely.
  • Fill serving glasses halfway with ice.
  • Pour ¾ cup coffee into each glass.
  • Add oat milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla into a frothing container.
  • Froth mixture for 20–30 seconds until thick and airy.
  • Spoon cinnamon cold foam gently over iced coffee.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top and serve immediately.
