Picture this: you’re sitting at your favorite Portland coffee spot, and you need something to jolt you awake. That’s when I whip up this bad boy. It’s my go-to when I want something sweet yet spicy, with just enough kick to keep me going. Trust me, it’s life-changing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk your choice of dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon dolce syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Brew Coffee: Start with a strong cup of cold brew coffee.
  • Mix It Up: In a shaker or mixing glass, combine 1 cup of cold brew coffee, 1/2 cup of milk, and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon dolce syrup. Stir or shake until well blended.
