Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Cane sugar or coconut sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Hot water: 2 tablespoons
  • Ground cinnamon: ½ teaspoon
  • Unsweetened oat milk cold: 300 ml
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract optional: ¼ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Add instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and hot water into a bowl.
  • Whisk vigorously for 3–5 minutes until thick, fluffy, and pale.
  • Add vanilla extract if using, then whisk briefly to combine.
  • Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour 150 ml cold oat milk into each glass.
  • Spoon cinnamon whipped coffee generously over milk.
  • Stir gently before sipping, or enjoy layered elegance first.
