  • 2 tablespoons hot water

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 espresso shots (60 ml) using coffee equipment.
  • Heat 1 cup oat milk (240 ml) in a saucepan over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  • Add 2 teaspoons brown sugar, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and pinch nutmeg while stirring.
  • Mix in ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract until combined.
  • Froth spiced oat milk for 30 seconds until creamy foam forms.
  • Pour espresso evenly into mugs.
  • Add cinnamon milk mixture slowly and spoon foam over top.
  • Sprinkle extra cinnamon lightly before serving.
